How is this thread dumb? Imo, jerking off all the time isn't a great habit, and it's fun to see how much self-control you have. Plus, while in this challenge you can have all the sex you want. When I jerk off twice a day, I feel no need to go out and get laid.  :shrug:

I've abstained from masturbation on and off though quite frequently. I take prozac so my sex drive is not exactly that great.

i had sex twice the first day of competition, and still couldn't resist when i got to about the 24 hour mark.

i just am not motivated enough to abstain, though i definitely think it could be worthwhile, and is a great challenge of self discipline.
