your favorite rock songs
    #13546334 -

i was just listening to a bunch of old rock songs and came up with the idea for a rock thread. The rules are that you can only post rock and you have to post a video of the song along with your post. Cold play and vampire weekend are greatly frowned apon. I'll start it. Oh yea, and I'll add a poll to decide which decade had the best rock. Have fun

Thanks for The Ballroom Blitz.

I have no particular era I favor the most, but I saw The Damned a few years ago, and their version of the Ballroom Blitz always makes me smile. Actually, the song in general makes me pretty damn happy.

Jesus, this thread is still premature, but majority of votes in the 90's? Come on. I love grunge, quirky rock, and 90's alt just as much the next guy. But what happened to Zepplin, Hendrix, King Crimson, Floyd, The Doors, etc.

Is all I know about 90's music  aside from the pop shit that was inescapable of course. I've always stuck to my blues, rock'n'roll, psychedelic, and prog rock. I didn't feel the need to go hunting for much in the 90's. What did you have in mind?

Edit: Checked the music you posted. I was quite a metal head in my younger years, idk, just don't feel connected to it anymore. I'm rarely angry nowadays.

Has nothing to do with anger for me.  Sounds more like addiction and being defeated to my ears. Thats only a small portion of metal anyways.
