PF's syringes are very reliable. Don't wory. Quite often the spores are just not visible to the naked eye. Have faith, they're in there.

from your last set of spores, why did you not take prints rather than buy another?

I'll tell you why I didn't spore print. I order to spore print one must have a mushroom and I have no mushrooms because I am a loser and none of my cakes will fruit therefore I wanted to try a different strain.

Is spore print very effective, if so what method is best.
