God... please help me. anyone .. advice

Here is what happened... Before winter vacation, i foolishly let some of my friends use my house, i thought they would clean up and leave before we got home.... 2 of them got drunk, puked everywhere and messed up my house a lil, then invited a couple other kids over who stayed even after they left. The police came and arrested them... In the process they found a box in my room, containing 2 casing of u know what... the thing is, one of them had cobweb mold all over it.. the other was being sprayed w? hydrogen peroxide to kill a lil mold.. the cops took both boxes, im only 16 years old and my life is on the verge of being over..... what can heppen to me, i told the cops this story about a biology expirement for extra credit in school, and that i ordered spores online and threw them in the box thinking it was regular old fungus.. please anyone w/ advice? they said theyre probably going to send it to the lab to analyze... what is the worst that will happen to me?

i live in connecticut.. the officer said he belives my story and he will talk to the captain to see wether to send it to the lab or not.... the thing is were they allowed to search my house? it was in a rubbermaid containter in my room.... please any information would be really helpful..

and secondly you'll need a lawyer to decide if it was illegal search and seizure.

the cop is bullshitting, they do that. they're allowed to lie. he's trying to catch you in a lie. play dumb and i dunno what connecticut's laws are on cultivating shrooms you should look it up on the net.

i would venture to guess that since you are a minor you'll probly just get probation. but i dont know for sure.

lol i cant say they are not mine, there is a paper trail.... and i said i ordered spores.. im so scared... what is a legitamate looking site i can say i ordered them from?? like one without shrooms all over the place?

Your only bet is to do the old illegal search without proper warrant trick. When the cops turned up, what were their reasons for being there? Did they say they were searching the house for drugs, or were they just there to take care of 2 druken and idiotic morons?

EDIT : Also, those boxes could have contained anything. What were they doing opening them and snooping around your room?

Yep, that's the first step. Once he has a lawyer, he can get some legal backing on those points about illegal search and seizure.

aright well, i just talked to my friend. he said that the cover wasnt on, it was in plain view.. im finished i dont know what to say or do.... my whole body feels so down.. i dont even know how to describe it..

Hey dood, when my house got raided and they found pot and bongs and shit, i had cakes going. no mushrooms. I was under the impression that since there were no pinheads there was no psilocyban and therefore it was just as legal as spores are because it does not contain any "mind altering" substance. check it out and call some good lawyers if the officers decide to do anything. did you have pinheads?

no pinheads.... just 2 casings, 1 was crazy contamed w/ cobweb, another was not, no pinheads, just deveoping mycelium. they were B+
