Okay, awesome.
I've wanted this opportunity for a while now.
Clearly, you guys have some affinity for V for Vandetta, and the V character.

Can any of you explain why?

I have seen a million examples of V being idolized and cosplayed by depressing 4chan lunatics, and zero examples of cool, rational people wanting anything to do with him.

The Fawkes mask (which isn't originally the face of V btw, it was an actual dude) is what 4chan has latched onto as the face of "anonymous".

V's not so bad. He's a superhero that is also a terrorist. And not half-assed either. V goes around blowing parliaments up and force feeding bishops cyanide laced communion wafers. Some misguided people idolize him, but I don't care what they think.

I was initially going to go as Dionysus (Greek God of Festivities and Wine :awesome:) but realized I'd have to just be a stupid toga guy at work (kids = nothing risque), so someone suggested I be a lumberjack. I was going to do that but changed my mind and decided i'm going to go dressed like this:



i went from a stupid guy in a sheet to an awesome dude in a sheet.

If he didn't someone else did. They sell those blank ones at craft stores, and I made one for a masquerade a while back with sharpie pretty similar to that.
