    #13320844 -

Everyone is fat, old, or crazy. Who is going to be the next big action/martial arts star?

I didn't know people still cared about martial arts movies

I mean Westernized MA movies....like Unleashed, Jet Li, shit like that.

We had van suck, seagal, norris, and a few others. Who's replacing them?

What's up with all of the Jet Li/Jackie Chan stunts?  I mean, they pull the most impossible and stupid stunts ever in a fight.  They look so choreographed and fake.

Tony Jaa is a bad ass, watched 3 of his films and was impressed with the
story as well as the fight choreography in all of them

He definitely is, but i feel he will never be a good enough actor....plus i think muay thai might be too violent for American audiences. Dolph...

I could think of many others.

American's crave violence.

I think that's why Tony Jaa's movies have made such an impression.  The Muay thai style that he translates so well on screen in a realistic fashion, is quite impressive

bad actor though, i agree

I think we are de-sensetized to THAT kind of violence. I cringe when i watch Tony breaking faces open with elbows and knees!

:ilold:

I wonder which one of the two is worst...

:aweoverdose:

No but a small punch to the face or cutting your own arm to survive and/or breaking your own foot and cutting it after or whatever,

Tony Jaa is nothing beside that.

But yeah Tony Jaa movie are funny to watch

:smirk:
