This is bad new. sorry if this is the worng forum. the PF guy was busted right? what if a friend had an order with them? can the DEA or whatever get him for it? move this post if it's in the wrong place.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to post about this in this forum. I wonder whos next. I hope the vendors protect them selves better now. Also we all have to be more careful because i would bet that some form of gov agency is gonna turn there heads at this site sooner or later. If they got rid of this forum we should organize a protest outside dc haha.

here's the thing. he's from CA. and the order was placed 2 days ago. this is a BAD thing. he's freaking out. so will they intecept all recieved mail or what? cause it's probably on it's way right now..

if he is only ordering spores,  it doesnt mean he has done anything wrong.

definatly not an issue as far as law enforcement is concerned,

he probably wont get his spore though, maybe not even his money :frown:

I wouldn't admit to shit even if they had pics of me doing something.
I have never plead guilty to anything nor taken a deal.
Usually when deals start getting offered u know u have a pretty good chance in beating it.
I wouldn't just sit around scared i'd clean my house just to make sure.
If he did keep a list ur small potatos to the DEA.
They would prob go after people with large orders if they went after anyone.
witch I doubt will happen.

When blue thumbs went out it scared alot of people I think only 1 person got busted but there was another story to that bust it didn't involve ordering spores.

In reference to Roadkill's "You might be fucked," most likely nothing will happen to you because of the fact that PF was taken by a federal agency and the laws regarding the legality of spores in CA were created by the state and therefore are different branches and seperate issues. I think you'll be alright.
