Been watching The Wire season 4 and drinking coffee.

I'm about 3 hours south, right on the shore of Lake Ontario, pretty populated and shitty.

Blujay, from what you've said, it sounds like you've spent a lot of your youth around this girl, so naturally right now, she is a huge part of your world. But trust me man, she will fade like the memories of highschool. Also, from what you've said, she doesn't sound that perfect, you'll find WAY better soon my friend, just wait. Don't settle for college skanks, they seem fun at first glance, but the surface is all that is there, inside it's a hollow blackness for which you will find only yourself, in a state boredom and dissapointment.

It probably was man, your pipes are insane! You don't sell any of your pieces do you?

Or would you even make a sort of stock pipe that would be be easy to carve into?

I would be seriously interested in getting either.

A "stock" pipe could be made, that can be carved into.

Though, carving hardwood would be insanely tough without the right tools and practice.

A set of tools alone might cost as much as the pipe itself...

Also, to finish the pipe after it's carved, to look it's best, requires (in my case) a few different buffing wheels, compounds, wax, and a motor to spin the wheels at a high enough rpm.

Also, a lot of my pipes stretch the boundaries of the materials I work with.  Carving into the wrong spot could mean immediate breakage, or a serious weakening of the pipe.

Also, as an artist, i sort of feel the need to..i guess..finish my pipes... After all, it's the creation process that i find most gratifying about this hobby. Something about seeing a finished pipe... It would seem strange to stop before experiencing that warm feeling...

Anyhow, when I'm not too busy anymore, I'll be making more pipes to sell. I'm really getting into carving, I recently made a set of carving tools, which im pumped about using...

check out THESE and THESE amazing, super, insane, meerschaum pipes. They are truely works of art!

I have a lot of learning to do before i can carve like that! Though, just think about...modern carved pipes. In a more... umm, graffiti-ish, flowing, organic, psychadelic, fractal, sort of way...

like classical gothic church architecture on acid, mixed with the minimalist lines of antique asian opium pipes.... That's the future of my pipe designs i think...

I'm sure i've said this before and ya probably hear it all the time, but your pipes are gnarly Meat_Hod :thumbup:...


Really some of the most bad ass original pieces i have seen. When ever you get around to making more & selling some i would most definitely be interested...





....And those Meerschaum pipes are incredible :yesnod:
