What should my ratio be of these casing materials?

I want to case my cakes in vermiculite,peat moss,coco coir, and calcium carbonate.
I am wondering how much of each is ideal? Should the verm,peat, and coir all be mixed or should some be layered? Also what calcium carbonate do you use and where do you get it? Thank you for your help.
By the way, if there is a casing tek that uses these same materials, can you direct me to it?

I'd skip the peat all together.. mix the coco and verm 50/50 and bingo!

Calcium Carbonate.. i don't know!

I am really interested in knowing how much calcium carbonate to use if I case 2 cakes in a quart size pan. I don't have any way to mointor my PH but I would still like to mix a little in to help the PH.

roughly 10% by volume of the casing ingredients.
So If you use 1 cup of casing material, you should use 1/10 if a cup of calcium carbonate in that mix.

Thank you anno. Should I go 50%verm 25%peet 25%coir for casing.
