peat casing w/ calcium carbonate

I ordered Calcium carbonate from spore works. It neutralizes the normally acidic peat moss for casings. I plan on using a 50/50 casing. How much calcium carbonate should I add to how much peat moss? I thought it was have directions on the box but it doesn't. I plan on sterilizing my casing in about an hour so please be quick. Thanks guys.
