Psilobuds: That would have indeed been a good set

The best set that I have experienced myself was from Black Sun Empire, even though I have seen artists whose music I like even more than BSE, their stage presence, live reworking or their tracks & the systems they laid the beats down on was incredible, it gave the show a whole knew dark melodic edge, I had never experienced in their tracks before. & to top it off, I was sober & still hold it as one of my most enjoyed events ever.

Bloody Beetroots - Kill Halloween in Montreal last Halloween.  Too good for words.  They absolutely killed it.

I've seen Perfect Stranger on two separate occasions, and he easily plays one of the best live sets around... some incredible progressive psytrance that can pull me in just as easily as the most insance full power stuff.

Here's a sample of his second set at Eclipse fest, the final one of the weekend-- it takes quite a lot of energy to get a crowd going like that in between partying for three nights and packing up for home.

I've thought about this for an hour or so now.

I think my favorite was squarepusher, but he just played stuff straight off his albums with some dubs...

probably diesel boy back in like 03.

i dunno, really i get into psytrance dj's more than anything else.  With drum and bass and dubstep/breakcore i know exactly what i like and so its easy for me to be picky about a set.

I don't keep track of psytrance dj's names though.

amon tobin was very good, so versatile.  I've only seen him live once but listening to his recorded sets i'd have to say he's my favorite dj.
