I bought some valerian extract from the pharmacy

It was 200mg/ml and I just took 400mg.

Do you have any general advice?

I never had much luck with valerian root extract.  Are you taking it as a sleep aid?

More like boredom suppresant.

But if I have to be honest the real reason is simply scientific curiosity.

I've been very nervous lately. I hope this tincture calms me down.

Yup, once when I was in Germany I recognised the plant in the nearby forest and picked up a bunch of plants.

It was a mellow chilled out afternoon :smile2:

I think I'll look for it around here as well. Would be interesting to test higher doses.

800mg so far.

I'm not quite sure if its placebo but I see some potential.

The fucking annoying warmth of this terribly hot day doesn't seem to bother me much now and I'm kinda chilled out.

I was extremely crankey when I woke up. I tried to kick the shit out of my pregnant cat for spreading hairs in my room :facepalm:

Some ganja would be nice right now :wink:

Its definitely worth it but don't do less than a gram.

I had some a few months back. It smelled very strong from what I remember. I took about 500 mg and after a while I just ended up smoking a bowl of chronic so the results were mixed :shrug:

I've tried it as a sleep aid without much luck. Melatonin is much better, in my experience, for sleep.

Its pretty mellow and mild.

I ended up soaking pieces of smoking paper and smoking them. Now I switched to single salvia leaves.

Ima make valerian sprinkled salvia leaves and smoke them.

BTW is it okay to microwave salvia leaves with intent of smoking them?
