dont get me wrong, i understand that it is a legitimate program, and people do legitimately have issues finding jobs. But i would be willing to bet the farm that 25%+ of all people on unemployment are on some straight bullshit.

imagine how much our economy would rebound if Americas un-employment numbers suddenly dropped 6.975%
that would cause a ripple that might just cause a rebound for the entire fucking world economy.

think about it.

what's better spending taxpayer dollars on useless jobs that accomplish nothing
or no job in the first place?

if we didn't have useless jobs sure some of them might be unemployed bums, but some of them might also do something constructive or create useful jobs

this has to be some of the dumbest shit you've ever come up with, who's
going to pull 20 million jobs out of their ass so we can have that 4%
unemployment rate, Obama promised us job creation, the only jobs he's
created are for his cabinet and some temp jobs for the census

there's 30 million currently collecting unemployment, are you trying to
say that 7 million people are scamming, what about the other 50 million
that are out of work and not collecting, you figure they're scamming too?

I think the unemployment issue isn't as bad in my part of the country but none the less we still have people sucking on unemployment and there ARE jobs available. Maybe not jobs everyone wants but they are there.

I was unemployed for a stretch once after moving to a new city and I couldn't find a job in my field. My then girlfriend was trying to talk me into taking advantage of the system anyway I could... That's not how I roll. You know what I did instead? I got a job at McDonalds! Not a fucking bragging point but I earned my income. I do believe in having the system in place, but some lazy fucks milk any tit they can get their mouth around.

So I lost my job.  And had to hang around trying to find work, after my company folded.  OK.  Well, I paid into their system big time so that i would get a meager fucking check when they laid me off, so FUCK YOU. Oh, I found another job, but still FU.

so, i based my math on the fact that the usa was running at a 9.3% unemployment rate, and assumed that 25% would be 2.325% bringing us to a 6.975% unemployment rate. I don't know where you get the figure of a 4% unemployment rate.

Regardless, there are jobs available out there, im not saying that its not hard. but there are infact jobs, america has not come to some grinding halt. And these jobs could be filled by qualified people currently sitting on their ass collecting un-employment.

Id be willing to bet the farm on it, if you cut these peoples un-employment benefits. straight up stopped them, they would find a job.

as a matter of fact, i recall a history teacher of mine telling the class about a previous president who straight up cut off all benefits for........ well, i cant remember what it exactly was, but his theory was that there were too many fakers, and that to correctly distribute funds, the whole system had to be started over again.
