If I were you I wouldn't admit to a damn thing. Say nothing other than you want to talk to a lawyer. Then you should shut up.

Her MOM turned her in??? Well thats none of your business as sad as it sounds. Like I said, you won't be helping her AT ALL if you admit to anything.

You both need to get a lawyer. If I were you I would keep my mouth shut until you get legal representation. They will inform you better than I.

And yes she is in deep shit already.

Don't back down about a lawyer if they start asking questions.

You have the right to remain silent because EVERYTHING you say WILL be used against you.

Let them take you to the station and do the whole scare the shit out of you thing if you have to. Don't ever talk to the police without legal advice first. You may incriminate yourself without even realizing it by answering any questions. Thats why you have the RIGHT to remain silent.

If you can't get them to shove off politely, then just do what I said. Even if your fingerprints are all over everything that doesn't mean shit. It isn't illegal to touch things  in someones apartment.

Just so you know, I would give much different advice if I knew you could get her out of trouble by taking the fall. Sadly she is the one who is in trouble for this. She took that risk and her mom fucked her for it.
