Disc Golf

So during this past spring I have really started to love disc golf. I've played a few times before, but never really started loving it until I got the hang of it. The city I moved to for college has a super nice, well maintained 18 hole course. Almost everyone I've met there has been super cool and down to earth. Watching a disc fly a few hundred feet somehow really feels nice.

Anyway I was just wondering if anyone here likes to play and what they've got in their bag.

got a shitload of discs...maybe about 50 in total. it's good to have various distance and midrange discs just in case some people decide to join us and don't have a disc themselves :smile:

but..the ones i like to play with...

I've got a star and an I-dye valk. It's one of my favorite understable discs. I've got a couple of wraiths too, but my destroyer usually gets thrown in place of them because I can get a pretty nice flex shot out of it.

I've recently got a katana, and all i have to say is holy shit, i can crank that thing. It's still kind of hard for me to get it perfect, but when it does it goes and goes.

I've probably only got about 30 discs or so, but i've probably sold that many too. We have a couple of ponds on the course, and for a while I was getting in everytime I played and found almost all of my discs that way. If it's got a number I'll give them a ring, but I've only been able to give a couple back, most don't seem to care or the number is disconnected. Probably about 2/3 of what I have now are star or champion plastics

Disc Golf is the shit. It's one of my favorite things to do really. After you get your plastic it's basically a free hobby... how can you beat that?

I've played with Ken Climo 12 time PDGA World Champion multiple times. His home course is down the road from my house. He's a real chill dude. One of the coolest people I've met.
