Stop eating crap food... I'm sure your diet consists of fast food and any other snacks and garbage you can get your hands on.

Get a lady and have her cook for you all the time, and grow some fruits and vegetables.

I started eating much more fruits and veggies in the last couple of years and I feel MUCH better and my stomach doesn't feel like shit all the time as it used to.

Ya its all the food you eat but i dont think it has to be crap food like lots of fiber and fruit

Fiber ferments in the gut, causes worse gas. The best bet is a ketogenic diet.

The other day i emited such a powerful fart that im tellin you i nearly levitated into the air!!

If i was living on a space station i would have no problems moving around... or if i was on a 747 and one engine failed you can just strap me to the wing and that will power the jet!

yup. i had all kinds of gastro problems.

best thing I ever did was switching to keto, then to fasting/one meal a day.

I eat once a day. 5pm. Good stuff. Tuna, Asparagus, Spinach, chicken, protein shake.

Never felt better, never looked better.

Warrior diet FTW.
