I wish I had some friends.

I'm thinking that maybe there is more to my free time than sitting at home making snarky comments on the internet. I mean I can do plenty of that at work.
Still I have no idea of how to go about making friends. It seems to get more difficult the older I get.

Back to being ignored by my facebook contacts I guess.

I feel the same way sometimes but listen to people at work and if they have similar interests start talking to them maybe you can start making friends that way... or going to a bar and getting really good at pool...

Seriously, WTF is up with this?  It seems the older I get the more stereotypical options are available for meeting stereotypical people.. work, bars/clubs/shows, public parks/dog parks.  Like my options now consist of having a half not-fun time in order to have a half-fun time, example: making group dinner plans, esp. at your own house.  I've got to be doing it wrong.
