casing abuse

my mom's light source for her casing fell from its hanging spot. it landed right on top of the saran wrap on top of the casing.. there is a big rectangular compressed region on the casing. it's like 1/2 inch deep. what now?

is it not a problem? basically it amounts to a physical shock to the casing, and the top layer (and the underlying column) of vermiculite was pretty well compressed.
the casing was just exposed to light for pinning today.
