iniating a 2nd flush on casing

I am having bad luck initiating my second flush on my casings. I am getting very good results from my first flush.
I also have heard different recomendations preparing the casing for the second flush.
Does anyone recommend any good tekniques on getting descent results out of the second flush?

Has anyone ever tried flipping casing upside down in the tray? Just an idea. Thought it might work since that side of the casing has never had to pin before,
