I NAILED the interview with the Asheville job. Hell, I even turned my marijuana use into a plus when they asked me about my one marijuana charge. Seriously, I highlighted every part of what they are asking for the position they are offering and wrote in the margins exactly how I had awesome experience in each of those areas. I had prepared typed up shit for questions that I KNEW they were going to ask... it was so funny. I knew they were going to start off with "telling me about yourself." so I had this nice, long story about my life, my difficulties and triumphs, etc. Then I knew that they were going to ask why I want their job (standard) and went down my list of highlighted things and showed how I met EVERYTHING they wanted. I knew they'd ask a dumb strength and weakness question, so I had 3 strengths and 2 weaknesses pre-typed, with weaknesses turned into strengths. I came across as very genuine and just used these typed messages as references when I lost my way.

MAN! So anyway, at the very end, I could hear some silence, then they said, "Alright.. Look... we really need to fill this job fast. If we were to, say, give it to you next week, we'd need to know absolutely positively that you would take it."

I replied "yes."

I'm pretty sure I'm in =)

So any North Carolina Shroomerites out there? What kind of shrooms grow up in NC? I'll be working close to Asheville if they accept me, which almost seems a given after that interview. I can't wait to hike in the smoky mountains!
