Shiitake in a mycobag, no wood.

Just for fun I innoculated a standard Spore Works grain based mycobag. I didn't expect it to work since there is no wood or sawdust in the bag. I slit open the bag in the spots I saw the mushrooms forming.

How long did it take from inoculation until fruiting ???

If it can work with grain I might try with simple old BRF cakes just for a laugh !
