yea thats prob true. i haven't tried pre dosing with the 5 htp just after my roll to give me a good mood

5-htp won't really make much of a difference for preloading because your brain can only have so much serotonin, the effects of MDMA have been showed to actually diminish some if you take 5-htp even just a few hours before. 5-htp is best to be taken when you are finished rolling on an EMPTY stomach or at least no proteins.

ahh i was never able to find any :shrug:
the funny thing is i rolled around maybe 20-30 times within 3 months and well im still the same. my memory is not as good as it was, ill admit that. but i was never good at remembering things

After is good too though. To help replenish the stores.

But I thought I read somewhere that it's most effective taken the day before you roll, as it is the precursor to serotonin, something about how your brain produces more of it WHILE you roll, or some shit.
