Traffic ticket defense help

About a week ago i got pulled over drunk stoned the whole nine yards expired license and doing 65 in a 35 allegedly. lol the officer got a call in the middle of everything and didn't even pull me out the car just threw the tickets at me said got to go and took off
anyway i got home sobered up and took a close look at the tickets and noticed he maid a mistake and wrote me a ticket for a suspended license when it was only expired a few months.Does this make the ticket inadmissible in court??
and the speeding ticket was wrote when the cops here dont have radar does this make a diff???

I believe if theres any mistakes on the ticket then it will be thrown out, but don't quote me on that

My buddy had his date of birth written down wrong on a ticket before and it got thrown out cause of that

thank u thats what i thought i mean im going to delay the court date to up the chances the cop does not show up then use this defense at the same time hope i come out on top

Get a traffic lawyer costs you 100-150 and he will more than likely get it all thrown out. Going and fighting traffic court is well worth the money with a traffic lawyer.

the suspended license charge is easy to get dismissed and unless the cop
cites on the ticket that he clocked you with radar you'll probably be
paying that one
