So as the title says I got a ticket for failing to yield to oncoming traffic, anyone know if this is going to fuck with my probation or not? Anyone with this kind of experience? Any help or experiences with this is much apperciated

Never been on probation but I doubt a traffic offense should give you problems with it.

minor traffic offenses should not be an issue, don't bring it up unless they do, I doubt they will even know.

I don't think so, since it's just a moving violation traffic ticket.

All depends on your terms of probation, what are you on it for?

Still got your license right?

Yeah I still have my license. I'm on for possession of mary j :smile:

. The thing is I have to fill out this form every time that asks if I have been arrested or gotten any tickets since my last visit and I don't want to lie and not put anything down and then she finds out and is more mad at me for not telling her

Make sure you report contact w/ law enforcement on your monthly report, I seriously doubt you'll get a technical violation over an infraction, you're likely to get a technical violation if you don't report it though.

no it is a petty misdemenor.

Will not do anything to you.

Advise probation officer though.

yeah, a ticket for not yielding to oncoming traffic shouldn't be a big deal. It's driving, things like that happen. But if your officer finds out that you didn't tell her, you will be screwed if your officer told you to tell her about them.

I was arrested 3 times while on probation and nothing happened, but I didn't have to fill out a monthley report either. You should defenatly tell your probation officer. They could revoke or something but it's doubtfull especially if you are honest.
