Is it ok to swirl LC?

Some say to swirl your LC daily a couple times the first week others say don't touch it.

What is the consensus?

i "swirl" my lc every other day to daily... seems to speed things up when u break up the myc..

I just knocked up my first LC yesterday and swirled mine today, hope i didnt screw things up:confused:

I swirled them the day after but it seems as tho all the spores are stuck at the bottom, and didnt move much when i swirled (i didnt swirl hard cause i didnt want to get the filter wet)
