Religious values.  In a lot of religions sexuality is a no no to talk about.

I think its ridiculous for it to be against the law, but i understand why it is.

The possibility of rape/assault/insult/stigma is very high when you have nothing to hide, though most of those problems would go away with time, once sexuality was embraced, not shunned.

being naked in public is illegal for the same reason that 95% of the ppl in america SHOULD be banned from wearing spandex anything.

Live on a college campus.  There is this new thing that girls do when its chilly outside.  They wear spandex.  It's awesome.  Sometimes walking to class i will just walk behind the chick with the nicest ass i see and just stare... its sooo :discorex:
