Depression?

I use to take pills for it but I never felt depressed. It was a low dose of lexapro. I think about offing myself quite a bit.

can someone recommend me some pillZz? Im not a fan for pills but at the same time, Im not going down the road of hard drugs again...

I feel like Im at a loss.

But if lexipro helped before why not try again?

Lexipro made me unable to eat and totally insane.

Guess I shouldnt really be giving out advise because I'm currently self medicating with Pods and heroin.:lol:

my girl does to but without them she is a mess. she used to take 10 mg of lexapro but its been brought up to 30 mg a day. trust me, if she misses one day you will no about it

yeah, it made me feel insane too. just the fact that people were telling me "take this shit or you won't be happy" made me feel 10x worse. it made me gain weight though, i always felt hungry, and i couldn't get a hard on if my life depended on it.

no drug will make your problems go away.

Clonazepam AKA Klonopin


Not nearly as addictive as Xanax since the half-life of the drug is more than 2x that of Xanax and the addiction potential is less than 1/4 of Xanax.  I had major Xanax addictions, but with Klonopin, I was only on it for a few months and slowly weaned myself off of all depression/anxiety meds.  If it weren't for Kpins, I would still be stuck on some bullshit meds.

I'm thankful for Kpins!

If you are planning on getting k-pin from a doctor dont tell them about your depression IME they will not give you benzos for depression even though they do seem to help alot of people.

Tell them you have bad chronic anxiety.

can i ask what your definition of "healthy foods" is?
a lot of people think they eat healthy, but if they truly did they wouldn't be having health problems all the time would they?

Just blast some form of intense exercise 7 days a week.

Cardio, weights, stretching and anything in between, give it 110%.

If you achieve a high level of fitness and you're still depressed, then that's a serious problem... but seriously, exercise (and not 30 minutes of weak crap 3 times a week) works.
