yeah...i'd say you're in the minority if you didn't feel depressed at one time or another when you were a teenager. antidepressant are more likely to exacerbate depression than cure it in my experiences. tell the teens to get outside and run for 20 minutes every day. it's MUCH more effective than taking any kind of pills..

if the docs were heartset on pushing adderall, i might feel differently though . i've tried so hard to get a prescription, but the docs won't buy it, so instead of getting a prescription for $10 a month, i pay out the ass for it to get someone elses prescription whenever i want it.
