history has made it clear this cycle is necessary, the system is rigged we can't change it without truly uniting and waking up. the status quo needs to be challenged for once shit is corrupt

O.K., demonstrate how the system is rigged. Or by "system rigged" do you mean, "OMG life is hard, let's fight about it, because these rappers with no concept of reality told me to"

no hes right

the system is rigged

but playing nto that system is not how you escape it

thats just retarded.

it has ALWAYS BEEN the big boys with thier big toys. thats the name of the game

and we all have to not play if we want t change that.

thats called a rebelion

revolution means you just wanna strip down those in power and take it all for yourself to become the new status quo
thats gonna get us no where but killed

I agree with this pillow I have often thought how organized rebellion IE not paying any taxes would cripple them and force shit to change. Obviously violence isn't preferable but people must sacrifice some things to truly change things for the better the question is whether we care enough about our descendants to leave them in this fucked up matrix we live in. Also I really don't agree much with your overall definition of revolution as the 1st american revolution was not led to strip england of power it was about freedom first and foremost, not about getting the levers of power.

You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right

You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're doing what we can
But when you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
Ah

ah, ah, ah, ah, ah...

You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free you mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
all right, all right, all right
all right, all right, all right

Look, certain areas of the government are corrupt on different levels (too broad to generalize, it would depend on what we were specifically referring to) Some OBVIOUSLY worse than others, sure.
Look at the DEA, FBI, CIA (while they do MUCH good in some areas regularly, they are obviously corrupt in others REGULARLY)

But what we REALLY need and will eventually get is MORE REGULATION FOR GOVERNMENT, simple as that. Government needs to be accounted for more.
Instead of listening to these racist ass rappers (yes, racist) about how they rob pizza men. Go to school, put on a suit and a tie and become a lobbyist if you really want to change things.

Dead Prez are jackasses, "OMG whitey is holdin' me down! ALL THE TIME IN EVERYTHING I TRY TO DO! WHY WHITEY!?" I'm seriously tired of their fuckin' whining and preaching/advocacy of violence.

I don't look at "racism" - racism is a government instituted word = ways to divide and conquer. We are all the fucking same! Even now they have everyone well divided in our compartmentalized and conditioned minds. Listen to my 2nd post, "even if obama wins, these politriks will never end" or something like that..They AREN'T RACISTS they specifically acknowledge the concept of racism is used to keep everyone divided and repressed in many songs! I'm tired of hearing that shit!

are you asking me to elaborate or him or both of us?

anyway

the govt is just one avenue of power
power is the only real comodity

it holds people, controls them

weather its a church, a govt, a millitary, or a glowing box

its all just power being used to move peices in the "game"

I completely agree with you..it's the "military industrial complex" that I am quarreling with, then. I umbrella this under the government. But yes I was addressing you to elaborate. And I agree with you power is the ultimate aphrodisiac
