Moth, I see that you make bold & interesting threads!

That is indeed a sentiment with beautiful essence, there is an important caution of which you may have awareness.

It is critical to differentiate the 1-infinite and universal stream of uncreated energy from the 2-spheres of created energy and from the 3-our own individualized vis vitalis.

Our own vital force will become depleted, resulting in exhaustion or illness if used regularly for purposes other than life-maintenance. The created energies are full of associations and so we must exercise discretion in their use so as not to become poisoned (physical food is an example). Our vis is connected to the infinite source to varying degrees for as long as we live. It is the ability to select & direct the infinite source that moderates our transcendent and healing states.

The personal vis of true masters strongly resemble the infinite stream.

Prayers/ healing work issued from an individuals vis are only as beneficent as that individual is purified.

Our physical strength, endurance, mentation, emotion are reflections of our vital force, and our daily work relies upon this energy, it is "refilled" at a corresponding rate. The use of energy in transcendent, mystical experience and healing work is at such a rate that it is not so easily restored,  & therefore it is more sustainable to connect directly to the undifferentiated source.

it's a truely great thing, realizing your own power and that sometimes even when people aren't doing it for you you can still return to a place and be happy.

i think in realizing and possessing this insight really makes way for taking situations you hate and making them better. transferring that power, empowering other people.. making other people realize they have it in themselves... wake people up. i think you have been doing this long before this realization.

i'm envious of how this realization of power has hit you. i feel an upswing coming my personal way as well i can't wait to have it hit me over the head.

but i would be weary of ego. i think you gotta be carefull of alienating yourself... you know those people who realize these things and wave the enlightenment card around and actually think they are above everyone else in the world...

i feel like everyone has the power to be this way to feel this way and only some gain enough inspiration to follow their paths and really take control... i think others sadly fall victim to the plethora of meaningless priorities, obligations and "necessities" that society and government tell us are important distracting us from our true power and potential. i find myself having a hard time balancing all of it. you know the practical life of having a job and putting a roof over your head and the 9-5 and the career and the making something of yourself in society to the rejection of society and the path of understanding and enlightenment and indulging soley in passions. i need to outsmart the system.

i know you and am not worried about an inflated ego... and you turning into some self righteous prick. but i guess if i were you i'd try and keep in mind that you're only better than your previous self and not the people around you who's crumbs were unfulfilling. that this is just you realizing that you serve yourself and fulfill yourself in ways better than others can.

eh you know all this i'm not worried at all... i'm happy you've acheived such an empowered place in your life. You deserve it.. i'm happy you can see what others see in you.

-Moth, indeed it was a pleasure to read your posts, and expressions of Being and Love.. I felt it within, and remembered it myself.. Near tears to the eyes.. Thank'you' (so to speak :wink: )

Anyway, as for the ego.. I had a mushroom induced experience of myself as God.. I suddenly knew before my friends spoke, what they where going to say.. I suddenly knew everything and anything I put my attention on.. (it only lasted aprox 10 minutes mind-you).. and the sensation of omniscience was at the time the most incredibly amazing thing I had ever experienced.. I suddenly knew I was God.. but this insight came as a double edged blade..

As the days went by afterwards, it became difficult for me to recognize others as individuals of God themselves.. In fact I began to speculate that existense was just my Dream, I had made for myself, and forgot all about it.. No-one else was real/seperate, they were constructs of this-one-selves mind.. I identified the sense of Godlyness, to this Ego.. It was a terribly confusing time in my life, and caused much drama, and frustrations for everyone involved.. For I thought everyone else as me as my dream constructs, knew it was my dream, and where just playing the roles of my other characters, to teach this one character that it was All of them, and to wake up from this dream.. (some crazy hell dimension I feared, as if I had actually died already, and was stuck in some kinda purgatory of my own mind..bleh)

Eventually, through further study, mushrooms, and life-experience, It became clear that each of us are indeed God..(though I wouldn't say 'gods and goddesses' but rather, I am God, and you are God.. not seperate gods, and no gender specifications) and that God stands for the Love, the Bliss, the Missery, and the Hate.. It stands for you, and me, the table, the moon, the farthest star, and all space between and beyond.. I loved, Moth, how you mentioned petting your dog after your realization, and feeling/knowing that you where petting yourself.. as Dog. XD It's so wonderful, such a thing as this..

There was one point, after I had been putting together, the seperation of my identification to this one-self(ego) and the, let's call it, the all-self. It was Alan Watts actually, mentioning exactly my experience, in his own words, of realizing Godhood, and confusing ones divinty with ones ego identification..
It was a pleasing feeling to hear it spoken out in words I was unable to form..

Indeed we are all Love, and we are all God.. I still strangely look out at the universe and as this one self, and visage/send vibes to the universe as a whole, myself included, as God.. though sometimes I simply just thank this body/form as God.. well.. I'm not sure the difference yet..

anyway.. there was a couple other things I probably wanted to mention regarding some earlier posts, but i cant remember, and don't want to re-read them.. So.. i'll just note off with this..

Remember you are God.. (Re-Member yourself.. You are a member of God.. Remember?)
