A great historian who really puts in perspective how now and all through American history it's been about nothing but money money and money

I heard when I woke up this morning great man indeed. The left had enough problems as is. One of my favorite authors and speakers.
Anyone else noticed it was during Obama speech. Do we know the cause of death?
