check the gathering travel section of the forums, theres usually a thread for each festivals once line ups are announced and it gets closer to summer

we want to try wakarusa or summercamp. STS9 and Bassnectar are gonna be ther and i just want a good vibe festival to go to. Since obviously rothbury is not happenin

I live in the metro detroit area and was completley distraught when I recieved the email 2 days ago.

But stay positive!  It was not, " cancelled ".  As they said, it was, " postponed ".

They are trying to put together a smaller 'replacement' rothbury, read the article.

Don't know for sure if it's going to happen or not but I hope it does.

It would still be at the JJ Ranch so they would more than likely still have the Sherwood forest.

Yo I live around 30 minutes away from Chillicothe where Summercamp is held. Have been the last 2 years and might I say it's a fantastic vibe festival.

Sadly I've never made it to Rothbury so I'm afraid I can't offer a decent comparison. Check it out though man, good times.
