any one else love the psytrance shuffle as much as me i think its the most fun electronic dance that requires the least effort. like i mean dancing to other stuff is fun but psytrance u jus kind lighly stomp your feet, rotate upper body and slightly rotate very slightly rotate at the hips while waving your hands or smoking pot or drinking a beer or having a nerf war lol i love it

You are not dancing to psytrance like I do!

After a little bit of dancing I get worked up into a full trance, I am not longer dancing but instead the bouncing and vibrating sound waves push and move my body to the rythym- but I put no conscious thought into that. I lose my sensation of bodily boundaries and become one with the rest of the party, and eventually with existence.

It is like a full power meditative state. Even though my body is jumping and dancing and waving and swaying and ducking and sliding, my mind is a still pool of calm- able to dive deep inside of my subconscious and allow me to glean some insight about myself and reality.

I guess I'm not putting much conscious effort into my dance, but it definitely is one of the most physically intense dancing I know of- especially when you are pushing above 145bpm.

totally man psytrance dance you forgot communicating to everyone thru funny hand motions as everyone does it and it passes thru everyone like a wave or pulse of energy. its so awesome. its really key not to think and jus psytrance and ...  :discorex:
