tuna melts are the bomb diggity. I use provoline/cheddar mix, toast and melt it onto the bread, then use a tuna salad consisting of fish of the sea tuna, some relish, red onions, and spicy mayo. delicious.

oh yeah and some fresh, crisp, cold lettuce in the sandwhich, and a nice soup to go along with it make it a killer meal

Just watch quantity..mercury is no beuno!

But yeah add some celery, onion, (cranberries and walnuts if your feeling saucy),  some mayo Mmm Mmm.. Whats also god is the premade spicy garlic chinese sauce you can get in the ethnic section at any grocery, that plus canned tuna is :awesome:


Also... One time in College, totally broke with not much in the fridge.. I decided to make a little something like the amazing crab cake, but with canned tuna, scallions, garlic, eggs, and cereal. thats it.. and they were Mmm Mmm tasty..

Go tuna!

So - someone tell me the right kind/brand of tuna to get.  Assume i'll be shopping at harris teeter or something of the likes (normal grocery store).

That shit in teh cans?  some tuna from the fish guy?  I'm a tunafish n00b.  I'm all about some chicken salad, but i haven't fucked with its tuna cousin.

spicy mayo can be bought at the store, or if you're feeling ambitious, just get some garlic powder/ fresh garlic if you have the time and add a lil pepper + chili powder/tumeric to regular mayo.

Oh, by the way - you all should try eating your tuna on an english  muffin.  It's what I use for my chicken salad and it's fuckin chron.  The perfect size, perfect consistency.
