Lunch Time!

just curious as to what everyone is up to for lunch, I just smoked a bowl  of some killer, cooked some salmon in an olive oil, dill, lemon rub. served it over some rice. Turned out pretty good :laugh:

i don't know how to describe what i had.  but it seems to be a common dish here in czech.

it was like a tomato sauce - very similar to american tomato soup - ladled over "dumplings" which are more like slices of a small loaf of doughy bread, served with boiled beef.  it's good :shrug:

that tomato dumpling beef thing sounds delicious man, can you hook me up with a recipe?
oysters sound delicious too!
Salmon was rubbed with the rub, and then baked at 325 until flaking :smile:
