Asthma

I had it really bad as a kid/teen, but haven't had any problems with it in years. I woke up this morning barley able to breath, and wheezing really badly. Since I haven't had issues with it in so long I don't have an inhaler handy.

It's getting better but wtf? I haven't felt like this in so long. Anybody else have weird random attacks after years of no symptoms? I'm thinking maybe allergies, but I usually don't have those either. Not being able to breath sucks:crankey:

Allergies and stress. Those two factors are major contributors in my personal experience. My family (many of them asthmatic to some degree) second this.

I get Asthma seasonally. In fact, this morning I also woke up with trouble breathing. It always seems that when the seasons change, I lose my lung capacity and I get mucus buildup in my lungs. Fall and Spring are usually the times that this occurs the most. I like to use Mullein in tea, it seems to work as an expectorant rather well for me. I also include lavender, lemon balm, mint, and passion flower in my teas as well. Good luck mang, Asthma sucks...but I sure do love having an inhaler. =D
