Was my FPS progression.

In the same time played extensively Age of Empires2, Starcraft and Diablo2.

Not really paid.

Got paid for CS a bit (maybe $10,000 all up over the years) and perhaps $3-4k for AOE2.

The rest was just basically achieving the top ladder spots in Australia and going to whatever major LANS or WCG qualifiers were on.

Left4Dead2 I don't play serious, it's one of the only game that I choose to play Pub only. I do the same with TF2 also, life is very full now as an adult... so I prefer to jump onto pub servers most of the time, own noobs and get like a 10:1 ratio, then bail to real life.

-Anime (own over 200 DVDs and VHS tapes, models, run panels at cons, have cosplayed, etc.)

-Video/computer gaming (Halo, Starcraft, L4D, all sorts of fighting and racing games)

-RPGs such as D&D and BESM

-Computers (I build and sell them, all of my desktop PCs for the past 5 years were self-built. Know a fair bit of HTML and C++)

-Comic Books (Collection of about 300, both manga and American)

-Sci-fi (read a ton of it, write quite a bit as well)

-Star Wars (seen all the movies more times than I can count, have a few models/statues of characters)

-Almost fluent speaker of Japanese, largely from having watched so much anime.

Natural Selection (Half-Life 1 mod) was my favourite. NS2 is going to be released sometime in the future, FTW!
I was best at Action Quake2 (Quake 2 mod). Was founder/leader of the top ranked clan in Australia and RCON for the 3 major ISP servers, was really big accomplishment back when I was ~13yo's.
Made the most from Counter-Strike, ~$10,000 over a 2-3 year period... absolutely SHIT ALL from the time invested.

Competitive gaming in Australia fails.

I loved that game. I was a bitchin medic and soldier. Was in a few clans too.

My nerdy stuff? Too much to mention. I love biology, neuroscience, zoology, icthyology, herpetology, marine biology, chemistry, and pharmacology. Every textbook on my shelves is science related. All of my pets have scales or slimy skin. I'm also a crazy ass technology/gadget nerd and I've been fixing computers for 10 years. First computer had a 1.3GB HDD, 90Mhz processor, and 14.4k modem. Ahh those were the days... of half assed computing.

I have a SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advanced, Game Boy Advanced SP, Game Boy Micro, DS, DSi, PS1, PS2, Xbox 360.

I know Photoshop like the back of my hand.

I know some cool hacks and exploits.

I watch anime and read manga often.

I hate parties and partying.

A love a quiet night in, smoking, watching movies, drawing.
