Where in Ohio? The Black Keys are playing in Cleveland. Not shit in Columbus tonight though.

I think Cleveland has a decent dubstep scene. I could be wrong though electronic shit isn't really my area of interest.
You're probably not too far from Detroit and they have a good scene.

Yeah DEMF in the summer. I have never been but there are a few Detroit Shroomerites who go. I might check it out next year though.

since you live in NW OH it might be worth mentioning...  Themselves will be playing in Ann Arbor Dec. 02 @ The Blind Pig.... I'll definitely be there.

I'm in NWOH as well, I'm going to that themselves show in ann arbor as well!

I haven't heard of much of an rave scene around here though. I know of a lot of local electronic groups, and go to a lot of their shows, but no rave material stuff.

The Black cherry has some interesting stuff, it's on cherry street in Toledo. Ramalama Records also has some cool electronic shows which are always free, but not too many people go to the ramalama shows.

I'm actually around southwest Ohio, the music scene down here is amazing. We've got great bands like the Rumpke Mountain Boys (Bluegrass), The Ohms (Reggae/rock), Boogie Matrix Mechanism (Funk/Jam Band), Papadosio (electronic/progressive), Groovshire (soul/rock).
Sorry I didn't respond that night, I get on here every few days mostly to read. I wound up staying at home practicing guitar.
