should you be able to sell your spouse's organs?

I'm not an organ donor because I think with my luck I would probably just save some asshole. But if my wife could sell my organs with my permission I would do that. I mean why shouldn't she be able to make a little greenage from my kidneys and shit?

Actually not a bad idea!

I mean you can already donate your organs after your dead, but most people just don't have the insensitive to do something like that just for good will... In a perfect world we'd all give our organs away after we die for free, but it's not a perfect world and money talks!

Think about how many people would be putting themselves on the when-im-dead-take-my-organs-list for some cash! We would have so many organs for the sick it would be ridiculous!

Then again something like this can increase the human life expediency too dramatically and cause long term problems for our species regarding over-population.

naw the money shouldn't go to the spouse but it should go to the person who actually decided to put himself on the list for after he's dead... and you get the money BEFORE you die...

otherwise it wouldn't make much sense and spouses would be killing eachother lol
