Re: Attention U.S. Patriots. Sign this petition to get it voted on the Senate Floor!! [Re: Taco Chef]

Well here's one source showing it rising. And it's only continuing to go up because The Fed is trying to destroy the dollar on purpose to change to a "North American Currency" similarly to the Euro.

http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/20816/?ck=1

I can find more later, but as you see as of January 2009 how it's going, and that trend will continue upwards.

 Even if so, that currency would be based on the dollar, like how the Euro grew out of Deutsch Marks.

No tin foil here man.

The currency wouldn't be based on the dollar because the dollar would be worthless.

You gotta base it on something.

When the Euro countries went to the Euro, they all had to convert- by buying Euros at the current conversion rate to Marks.
1:1 for Germans, obviously. But buying Euros with Italian Lira... kinda sucky.

That's what would happen IF we were to move to Ameros- we'd have to convert. The de facto hemispheric currency is USD, of course it's the obvious choice for a currency base. So for us, 1:1.
Pity the Mexican that will be buying Ameros with pesos.

I wonder how you'll feel in 20 years when none of your prophesies of doom have come to pass.

I'd feel great. They aren't my prophecies either.

Anyways you guys. Please sign the petition, this thread has kind of went on a tangent. The Fed needs to be audited and only our persistence will help. The politicians don't want this because when they need money it's just printed for them, and the inflation only increases for us.

An honest entity that doesn't hide behind a government. One that doesn't change laws to help its greedy agenda. One that doesn't fund both sides of wars for profits.

Perhaps one that worked for quite some time. Treasury Department?

Once again: Why do we have a private bank that loans our government money at interest, when instead our government can print it, interest-free?

The Fed doesn't do any of those.
Hide behind the government? No.
Make laws? No.
Fund wars? No.

Didn't work. And isn't politically independent. Which gets us right back to what I wrote upthread when all this nonsense started. You didn't read that or reply to it, because it didn't match your world view.

Ron Paul has you so programmed, you can't reason out the answers. Yes, you are sheeple.

Oh the Fed doesn't eh?

Who owns the bank?
Who doesn't have to answer to congress?
Who's printing money to fund the wars going on now?

Yes, the treasury department worked just fine. I'm sorry but Ron Paul cured my apathy, apparently not yours. I'd say you fit the sheeple category a little better than I.

And it's not my worldview, it's the truth. You threw out that tin foil crap because you have no real rebuttal.

The Speaker of the House can block it from an up-or-down vote on the floor. She needs to be reminded of who she works for.

There's another point too Doc. If I'm so wrong, and it's my worldview, why does it have a LOT of support from congresspersons? They know that it's destroying our country too and are finally sick of it.

true, but that still doesn't provide an argument as to why we shouldn't audit the fed.

Oh we should.

I guarantee you this though. By the time the bill is passed, all documentation at The Fed will have been manipulated drastically to make it seem like all is well.

They're smarter than most think.
