I am superior. I have the ability to think. Animals do not think before they act. They just act on instinct with disregard to consequence. If I was to act on instinct I'd be mounting every skanky dressed ho that walked by without their permission.

Wrong. Instinct is a result of experience -- yours and ancestors. So everything we do has a basis in the past. Just like many most other mammals.

You think a horse won't fear the whip after it's been beaten into submission? When it hears the thread crackle, its instincts (past experience) tell it to hurry the fug up.

we are all animals, and we are all as equially evolved as all other animals, just in different ways. none of us are any superior than a humming bird. we just all do best in our own culture. and we happen to have the biggest culture on earth. we  are every where, and that is why we conquer all things in our society, ie. a lion walks through central park and is killed by us soon after. but lets say you walk into a lion pride. how long will you live before your killed in thier society?
