a news caster just got my commentary for something, but she didnt make me sign a waver. does she need me to sign a waver to use the footage?

because its related to a crime that i know nothing about and i didnt know the victims and i was still like answering questions about "how it made me feel" and shit... also i accidentally kept saying "cops" instead of police officers
