I have a question about guys, their nature, and cheating.
This is a serious question and I'm looking for any&all guys own points of view

if you cheat on your girl-only 1 time or multiple-how often does it have something to do with not being sexually satisfied with your girl?or wanting more, different, or better sex?
and in general is cheating often because of an oppertunity for sex-is it because your will is weakened by sexual gratification/pleasure which is greatly enhanced when you get shitfaced?

is drinking and being horny all it takes to be able to cheat on your girl even if you're in love? cuz everyone always talks about not putting yourself in a dangerous situation like drinking tons and doing other shit when you're around lots of people including girls when your girl isn't there? i get that alcohol fucks our minds up and we don't think clearly or think like ourselves but can that be enough of a reason to want to fuck some girl other than the one you're in love with?

I've been very tempted many times, but even when shitfaced I won't do it. I guess it's because I was brought up with very strong morals or something like that. Plus I've seen cheating destroy marriages and relationships that were otherwise good. Just not worth it to me.

Id never cheat on my girl for the reason that sex was offered by someone else when I was drunk.

The only way I could foresee wanting to cheat is if I had lost attraction to the person I was with.
I also don't think Id stay with someone whose personality I wasn't attracted to or someone who drove me crazy anyway, so cheating would never really be an option.

Guess I'll go ahead and say it.  Monogamy is utter bullshit, merely a myth perpetuated by the church and greeting card companies.  Humans were never meant to stay with one person, they were meant to get out and fuck everybody they met. 

There is no such thing as love, only a series of chemical reactions that we interpret as affection.  This is merely a cruel trick played on us by our primitive brains as a way to get us to defend our mates from attack and then impregnate them.

im in love, and i would NEVER fucking cheat on my gf.

Your question asks about guys in general, but you can't really stereotype people like that.

Its like asking "Why do women cheat?"

There are many reasons, and reasons that ring true for one person will not hold any sway over another.

In general, Chris Rock got it right when he said "A man is basically as faithful as his options."

But again, you can't stereotype people.  Many men will never cheat under any circumstances.

Ill dump a girl to avoid cheating.

I remember onetime this girl wanted me to cheat on my girlfriend with her so bad. I kept telling her I cant. She told me to leave my girlfriend. I left my girlfriend. As soon as I left my g/f she lost all interest in me.

You just sound like a pleasure-seeking whore using pseudo-science to justify your promiscuity.  If you want to be a soulless whore and view the world as a series of chemical reactions, then do so.  But don't exclaim that your way is the way things ought to be and anybody else who feels otherwise has been tricked and swept up in arrogant poetic bullshit.  You'd benefit from developing a sense of irony.

Anyway, to the OP...

I love my girlfriend wholeheartedly and would not cheat on her under any circumstances.  period.

no if ur truely in love you wouldnt put urself in a flirting situation to find out... personally I love my girl n only think of fucking her-- good n hard. sure other girls are attractive but I love my girl. end of story. I get what I need from my girl so why go elsewhere?

alcohol on the other hand causes judgement to be altered so in high amounts it can cause people to do things they wouldnt have otherwise. I wouldnt put myself in a situation like that but on the other hand I WOULDNT cheat on my girl if in that situation. I have been drunk at the bar with friends with other girls around but never once talked to one or even wanted to cheat.

It all comes down to what kind of person they are or being satisfied.

What's your point? Everything else is real.
Love might be a chemical reaction, but it doesn't change anything, unless you think there is something better than material reality.

I love, that's all. I don't really care if it's a process to keep the human species alive and growing, even though I think it is. Just follow your nature and love.

What you don't get is that people figured out what you just said a long time ago, knowing that it doesn't change a thing in the end, unless you believe that love is a magical thing that turns cats into dogs.

Of course I realize that affection between people is a wonderful feeling, and I would never deny that true happiness between partners exists.  All I'm saying is that monogamy is a only societal expectation, and we were never biologically hardwired for it.
