Couldn't find this in my guides. Help please.
    #11215026 -

I'm not looking for a full identification, just some direction as to what they might be.  I've looked through my books and can't seem to figure out what it is.  I'm still pretty new at this and apologize the lack of info.  I only had my camera with me, the goal was to just take pictures.  I'm kicking myself for not taking anything with me to put one in to later print.

Habitat:
Found in Old growth forest in New York, on ground, near and from the base of fallen wood that I couldn't identify, near boarder of deciduous and coniferous areas.

Gills:
See attached picture

Stem:
I didn't break it open.

Cap:
see pictures

Spore print color:
Didn't get one, mushrooms have been picked

Bruising:
didn't notice any, but didn't stick around.

Other information:

Thank you for any ideas or directions.
