I can't get no sleep

Well, I can get ~2.5hours most nights before I wake up and am unable to sleep again for another 5 hours or so.

This week I've probably slept a total of 8hours, when I would have typically slept for around 24 hours by now.

The only time I can actually stay asleep is if I do some kind of drug or if I stay awake until I physically can't any longer. I might add that this is my first week actually sober in quite a long time.

Got any suggestions? I've been getting plenty of exercise, been cycling around ~5miles a day (just got in from a 10mile ride) and I'm eating relatively healthily.

I'm so tired right now, but I just can't sleep =/.

you get more than me...docs man...ive tried lots of benzos and less addictive meds..just talk to your doc what youre comfortable with

and the exercise will help

if you dont wnat a doc try 5HTP or melontonin

I have the same problem. I have come to realize sleep is irrelevant. Yes i am sleepy all day long, but that is what gensing, caffeine, and camel snus is for.

I am a big fan of 20 minute naps.

When i really need to sleep i get really drunk and pass out. Oh, or take NyQuil.

if youd like to go a healthier route ( which may not help either) but there is

Make a mugwort/valerian root tea.

That has knocked me out when I was up with oxy wd's.

Yeah I've resorted to mixing alcohol and dropping a couple of 2mg xannies and waking up in a gutter 14 hours later a few times now :lol:.

I mean the last time I got a decent nights sleep was on sunday and thats only cause I stayed up all night getting drunk, eating mephedrone and munching xannies.

I'm so tempted just to eat some xanax so that I can stay asleep, but I really would like to be sober cause that shit is eating a whole in my brain. In fact I've only noticed sleeping problems since I started habitually munching benzos 3-4 weeks back =/.

actually when im out of benzos or hypnotics a kava/valerian/passion flower tea  helps..with a tiny splash of wine..

When i am really tired and can't sleep i smoke a bowl. You would think this would put me to sleep, but it actually makes the sleepyness go away and all i wana do is stay awake. Is that weird?

Nah same happpens to me, weed makes my mind race.. If I shut my eyes and roll with it, its actually similar to what happens when you do the same on acid, although much less intense.

i also have problems sleeping. p90x helps out alot. i'm super tired after a workout and lasts all day if you don;t work like me.
