I wish i had the choice. I can get mids and nothing more. I have no clue what kind it is, or what name is has if it even has one. Im just lucky i have a hookup in this horrible state.

I 'almost' wish i had your problem, id get a hell of a lot more done.

I can seriously lay in bed at any time of day and pass out for 6-12hrs.


I was at one point sleeping 14-18 hrs a day.

So i started smoking weed again, and its taken the drowsy away and i can finish my homework, do everything around the house that needs to be done, and end up bored and able to get 8hrs of sleep.

As stated before, 5htp, melatonin, Valerian are really good at inducing drowsiness, but it sounds like your out of whack from the benzos.


If you can get off them and stay off them for a good month, with your workout routine, diet, and 'maybe' some 5htp, melatonin, or Valerian, you should be sleeping like a baby.

ive been taking nyquil to get to sleep lately. Ya that probably isnt the healthiest way to deal with my delayed sleep syndrom. I dont have a problem sleeping, its just going to sleep at a decent hour and feeling rested. I usually sleep 10 hours. Sometimes 12 or more, and sometimes 6 hours when i have an early work shift.

Definitely stay off the benzos, someone recommended exercise melatonin and valerian. I couldnt agree more.

I even suggested...and i know youre just helping, but that doesnt do jack for me..although. restoril, xanax, ativan, and kpins can prolly add up to a bit of a tolerance.,
