Buried Alive

If you were to sedate someone and bury them alive would it make sense to bury them face down? What do you think would happen when they wake up, they might think there punching their way to the top like in Kill Bill, but they really be pushing towards China, or something.

Realistically, no one would be able to dig themselves out of a grave, provided they were buried at least a few feet down, no matter which way they were facing.  Of course you realize you would probably go to hell for that, right?

First you should knock them unconscious with a rock when they ride past your house on a motorcycle. After that you should DSTSB. Then you can bury them face down.
