Are cig smokers ignorant or jus risk takers?

cuz there was this poster that said worst ways to die
and had a lots of funny pictures with a bunny dieing
and one had a pic of a bunny with like 100 cigs in its mouth
and my friend said
hey wait thats not a way to die
and i was like ya its gonna kill u eventually or decrease ur life at least
and she wouldnt have it
she thought only a small percentage of ppl die from cigs
but it at least kills u a lil and makes ur life less quality for the last few years
i thought ppl who smoked new the dangers and jus didnt care
but i guess theres still ppl who are ignorant to the lethal effex :shrug:

well it is a rarity not to die from the effects of cigs from years of use man
one of my aunts have been smoking for 40 years
went to the doctor about a month ago and nothing came up in her lungs
no cancer anywhere, nothing
and we are talking packs a day here, not a little cig here and there
like i said people end up with tarr'ed lungs from 25+ years and die of some sort of cancer
all i gotta say is..
keeep god in your life

right now i only smoke cigs to help deal with quitting weed long enough to get a job
it's been almost a week without herb, in about another week ill drop cigs to
ive quit cigs before so it should be np

i used to just not give a fuck about dying from cigs, but then i realized i actually do want to be on this earth as long as possible and dont want cigs to hinder that. so now im only doing it to help with quitting herb

We (smokers) usually start smoking at an age too young to realize what we get ourselves into. And at that point we're addicted.

I have to assume that there are ignorant individuals who smoke, but most of us do it because of the addiction...question answered...

IMO most people are young and ignorant when they start and its too late/too difficult to stop once they realize how harmful they really are
