Maybe YOU got lazy and you don't even realize it.  I know for a fact that when a woman isn't preforming in bed like you know she can it's very possible that it's more emotional and mental than physical.  Try paying attention to her needs and desires, and not so you can get some freaky booty but because you care about the one you love.  And if that isn't how you feel, then you don't deserve her.  Let her go find someone who does.  Either that or she's boinking someone else.  :peterpan:
