I grasp it well and find it irrelevant.  He also didn't cop to using as a Yankee.  Nor did Giambi.  The Colorado Rockies signed Jason Giambi AFTER they knew he juiced.  I am not aware of the Yankees doing that.  In fact, they investigated whether they could void Giambi's contract on that basis alone.

Because they can't.  And don't want to.  But the fact remains that the Rockies just signed a known juicer with the idea that he might help them.  That is not something you can say about the Yankees.

Oh wait, Pettitte, maybe.  I don't know if the Yanks found out before or after they signed him.  Worst case scenario is they are even with the Rockies in signing known juicers.

That's amazing Zap. Look, my respect for you as a man is right at 0%. You act like a boorish 8th grader and call it "being a man". I am a respected member of my community, friends with my neighbors, happily married to a woman who is my best friend and very much in love with me, a father to four children who are by every measure well balanced, polite and sincere. We're not having much luck with replacement starters this year. They can't throw strikes. But it was nice seeing Rincon is back and hasn't declined at all in his absence. Inherited two base runners and 0 outs and goes on to retire 8 batters with 1 double play. Aside from that, tonight was not full of much to be happy about. We're still in a major slump batting, and I'd rather see consistent innings of hits rather then a few explosive ones.
